No donations to Gurbani Hub

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

Gurbani Hub is built and maintained as personal seva. We do not accept donations of any kind, in any amount, for any reason.

The site has no ads, no signup, no subscription tier, no premium features, and no commercial relationship with any organization. Hosting costs are a small personal expense — covered as part of the seva, not a burden requiring outside support.

If you'd like to give

If reading Bani here has been meaningful to you and you feel moved to give, please consider directing your donations to organizations that bring direct material change to people's lives:

Founded by Bhagat Puran Singh Ji in Amritsar, Pingalwara provides shelter, medical care, food, and dignity to the abandoned and disabled — those whom society has forgotten. Decades of seva, serving anyone in need regardless of religion or background.

Founded in 2013 in Delhi, Hemkunt Foundation provides humanitarian aid grounded in the Sikh principle of Sarbat Da Bhalla. Disaster relief (Punjab floods, Delhi floods, COVID-19 oxygen response), healthcare access, education for marginalized communities, and skill development for underprivileged youth.

Global humanitarian and civil rights organization. Disaster relief, food security programs, advocacy for marginalized communities, and education access — particularly for children.

Your local gurdwara

The langar at your local gurdwara feeds people every day, regardless of who walks in. A direct contribution to your community's seva is among the most immediate forms of giving.

If you'd like to support Gurbani Hub specifically

We don't need money. The most meaningful support is:

  • Share the site with family and friends who'd benefit
  • Send feedback when something's broken or missing — every failed search and every confusing page is a chance to make the site better for the next reader
  • Email a correction if you spot errors in translations or transliterations — this is a community resource and improves with community attention
  • Pray for those who need it — wherever you give your attention is its own form of seva

A note on the position

We don't take a position on whether other Sikh organizations should or shouldn't accept donations — that's between them, their boards, and their sangat. Many do important work that genuinely needs funding. We simply choose not to, for this site, because Gurbani Hub is small and personal and doesn't require it.
